The Coverage of Our GAF Warranties

Your roofing system is a valuable investment that you’ll want to keep in great shape for many years. This essential component protects your living space through all the seasons, which is why you need to pick the right one that can guarantee long-lasting performance.

Thankfully, Homecraft® Inc.’s partnership with GAF allows us to carry three industry-leading roof warranties. As one of the premier roofers in our area, we felt the need to discuss each one’s features for your benefit.

GAF Shingle and Accessory Warranty

The leading roofing manufacturer provides a 100% coverage for material defects on the entire roofing system for up to 10 years. GAF’s basic warranty also provides 10-year coverage on the cost of installation labor, and a maximum wind coverage of up to 130 miles per hour.

System Plus Limited Warranty

This warranty shares the same coverage as the Shingle and Accessory Warranty with some upgrades. The material defect coverage, for instance, has been extended to 50 years and the installation labor to a lifetime. The System Plus Limited Warranty also includes 100% coverage on workmanship, including misapplication of flashings. That means stronger protection for your residential roofing system.

Golden Pledge® Limited Warranty

GAF is confident about the quality of their roofing materials. The company’s strongest warranty, the Golden Pledge® Limited Warranty, has the same coverage as the latter but has a 25-year coverage for workmanship. It also includes tear-off and disposal costs, when necessary.

At Homecraft Inc., we ensure proper roof repair and replacement to safeguard your home from whatever Mother Nature throws at it. Our team will discuss with you the different options to get the results you want. We’ll take care of the job for you in the most professional way. Moreover, we’ll help you choose the perfect system that matches your exterior space. Call us today at (302) 798-0302. We serve residents of Newark, Middletown, Bear and other nearby areas in DE.
